Human egocentric observations
First-person cameras show how people interact with objects and navigate work. They can support task understanding, semantic annotation and the study of long-horizon workflows. The recording hardware and permissions determine what is available.
Robot-embodied demonstrations
Recordings on a specific robot can pair observations with its available states, actions and outcomes. Their utility depends on the control interface, recording quality, embodiment and task distribution.
Shared tasks do not imply shared actions
Two datasets can cover the same task without using the same action space. Retargeting human motion or another robot's actions is a separate technical problem, not a file-format conversion.
Design the evaluation first
Choose held-out task conditions, objects and scenes before collection. Start with a sample and measure compatibility and usefulness in your own training setup.
This guide supports project scoping. Actual data fields, performance, rights and delivery obligations depend on the agreed specification and sample.
